SLM Booking and Service Policies

- As of January 1, 2017 SLM will charge an additional 2.5% on all credit card payments.
- SLM aims to please all of our clients, therefore in any event you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please inform your stylist or check out personnel before leaving. Once you leave you have 14 days to report any unsatisfactory issues with your service. SLM we will try to work with you to resolve any problems within a reasonable time frame. Sorry there are NO REFUNDS of any kind.
- SLM offers affordable pricing on all Services the prices listed are a starting price. Extra services are available at an additional cost. Stylist will not preform services that are not selected on the sign in card.
- SLM stylists work with an express hair weaving technique. This means that we offer a quick service for an affordable price. In order to offer you these prices, we are working with a double tracking technique instead of single tracking. You will still have the same result! If you insist on single tracking, please notify your stylist in advance. Please be advised that your installation may take additional time to be installed.
- SLM accepts appointments everyday until further notice. We are available 7 days a week.
- For security reasons we may have customers prepay for their service after 6 pm.
- All hair weave installations require you to bring two packs of 100% human hair and arrive with your hair washed, blow dried and detangled. you will be charged an extra fee if our staff performs any of the services listed above.
- There is an extra charge for using more than 4 bundles of hair or 3 bundles and a closure piece, blow drying, long or thick hair, shampooing uninstalled hair, or re-using previously installed hair. Your stylist/braider will inform you of the additional charge amount.
- SLM is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to braids or weaving process. SLM will gladly remove any installation using the proper technique if clients request a Full Service Package.
- Although we accept requests for particular stylist 7 days a week; we cannot guarantee that you will have that stylist due to schedule changes. If this might happen we will try to inform you as soon as possible.
- If you are not being serviced you have to wait in the car, it is prohibited for anyone to wait or sit in our styling chairs.
- SLM is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or items left in the salon after 15 days.
- No children are allowed unless they have a prescheduled appointment. No pets allowed
- All clients must agree to getting hair extensions at their own risk.
